Plain-English summary: Be respectful, don’t abuse the service, don’t rely on the AI for professional advice, and tell us if something breaks. The formal stuff follows.

By accessing or using DGxOne at dgxone.com (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3) Accounts & Security

• Sign-in is optional via Netlify Identity. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security incident: security@dgxone.com.

4) Acceptable Use

• No illegal activity, harassment, hate, exploitation, or attempts to harm others.
• No reverse engineering, scraping at scale, or automated abuse of endpoints.
• No uploading malicious code or content you don’t have rights to share.

5) AI Output Disclaimer

• AI responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. Verify important information independently.
• The Service does not provide professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.).
• Do not use the Service for emergencies or life-critical decisions.

6) Your Content

• You retain ownership of prompts, messages, and uploads. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to process that content to operate and improve the Service.
• Do not upload sensitive personal information unless strictly necessary and allowed by law.

7) Payments & Subscriptions

Some features may become paid. We will clearly disclose pricing and terms before you purchase. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions auto-renew until canceled.

8) Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, design, and brand elements, is owned by DGxOne and its licensors. All rights reserved. You may not use our marks except as permitted by law or with prior written consent.

9) Third-Party Services

We rely on providers such as Netlify (hosting/identity) and an Ollama runtime we operate. Third-party terms may apply. We are not responsible for their services.

10) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, security risks, or as required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11) Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

12) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DGxOne AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE.

13) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DGxOne from claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Courts located in California will have exclusive jurisdiction. (If you prefer a different jurisdiction, tell us and we’ll update.)

15) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll update the “Effective date” and may provide additional notice for material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
